SS-31 (Elamipretide)

SS-31 (Elamipretide), also known as MTP-131, is a synthetic mitochondria-targeting tetrapeptide. A key area of research involves its interaction with cardiolipin, a phospholipid found primarily in the inner mitochondrial membrane.
