IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1)

IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1) is a structurally modified analog of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). Compared with native IGF-1, its molecular structure includes an extended N-terminal sequence and a specific amino-acid substitution.

These structural modifications alter its interactions with IGF-binding proteins (IGFBPs), making IGF-1 LR3 a useful experimental compound for investigating IGF-1-related signaling pathways.
