ARA-290 (Cibinetide)

ARA-290, also known as Cibinetide, is an experimental synthetic 11-amino-acid peptide derived from a specific structural region of erythropoietin (EPO).

A major area of ARA-290 research involves signaling associated with the Innate Repair Receptor (IRR), a receptor system investigated in connection with cellular protective and reparative responses following tissue stress or injury.

In life science and neurobiology research, ARA-290 is investigated for its relationship with inflammatory signaling, tissue-protective mechanisms, neuronal stress responses, cell survival, and tissue-repair pathways. Research has also explored peripheral nerve and small-fiber biology, as well as interactions between immune signaling and tissue repair.
