Terms of Service

In short: these terms are the contract between you and Shenzhen Ponyon Technology Co., Ltd. when you use this store. They explain when your order becomes binding, what you pay, how we deliver, what happens if something goes wrong, and which law applies. Nothing here removes rights the law in your own country gives you as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Shenzhen Ponyon Technology Co., Ltd. 2. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Dietary supplements are not sold to minors. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the delivery details you give us are accurate.

3. Your account

You can browse as a guest, but an account is needed for subscriptions, returns and data requests. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently, for resale in breach of these terms, or in a way that harms other customers.

4. Products and product information

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its ingredients, dosage and allergen information. Photographs are illustrative; packaging and capsule appearance may change between production batches. Supplement facts and the allergen list shown on each product page take precedence over marketing copy. Please also read our disclaimer: our products are food supplements, not medicines.

Despite our care, a price or a description may occasionally be wrong. If we spot an error before your order is dispatched, we will contact you and let you either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund. We never dispatch at a corrected higher price without your agreement.

5. Orders and when the contract starts

Adding items to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation for the items we accept. We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, if the order looks fraudulent, or if a legal restriction applies to a product in your country. If we decline, you pay nothing and any amount already taken is returned.

An order that is not paid is released automatically so the stock can go back on sale: 60 minutes for a card order, and for a cryptocurrency order the window shown on the payment page (24 hours by default). You are always free to place a new order afterwards.

6. Prices, currency and import duties

All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout includes any tax we are required to collect for your destination and shows shipping separately. We ship internationally, and import duties, customs charges and local taxes are your responsibility; carriers may ask you to pay these before delivery. Please check the rules of your own country before ordering — some countries restrict specific ingredients or quantities.

7. Payment

We accept cards and wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link) through our payment processor Stripe. Card data never reaches our servers — we keep only the card brand and the last four digits so you can recognise your saved payment method.

Where cryptocurrency is enabled, we accept USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, USDC on ERC20 or Solana, and BTC. You send the exact amount to the address shown, then submit the transaction hash and a screenshot; our staff verify the payment on-chain and an operator gives final approval. Crypto payments cannot be used for subscriptions, and a crypto order cannot be refunded automatically to the sending wallet — a refund is arranged with you manually.

8. Delivery and risk

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; customs handling can add time. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave. Please open your parcel promptly and tell us within a reasonable period if anything is damaged or missing.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery under our refund and return policy, which forms part of these terms. Requests are made from your account; we review them, send return instructions and refund to the original payment method once the goods reach us. For hygiene reasons we may refuse an opened supplement where the law allows. Repeat deliveries are covered by our subscription terms.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the store: no attempts to break, scrape at scale, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site; no false orders or stolen payment methods; no resale of our products as medicines or with health claims we do not make; no abuse of coupons, referral links or the review system.

11. Intellectual property

The site, the Ponyon name and logo, product photography, text, formulation descriptions and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. Customer reviews you publish remain yours, but you grant us a licence to display them on the store.

12. Our liability

We are liable for the direct loss you suffer because we broke this contract or acted negligently, up to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost income. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability under mandatory product-safety and consumer laws.

13. Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect the consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live, including any statutory withdrawal period, guarantee of conformity or remedy for defective goods. Where a mandatory rule of your country conflicts with a clause here, that rule wins.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example when we add a payment method or change a delivery process. The version and the last-updated date are shown on this page, and the terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you placed the order. If a change materially affects an active subscription we will tell you by email first.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your own country of residence, nor of the right to bring a claim there where the law gives you that right. Before going to court, please write to us — most issues are settled quickly by email.
