This statement applies to every product, description, blog article, review and marketing message on this store, wherever it is displayed.

2. Supplements, not medicines

Our products are intended to complement a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. They do not replace balanced meals, prescribed treatment or the advice of a qualified health professional. Do not stop, change or delay any medical treatment because of something you have read here. Regulatory classification differs from country to country, and a product sold as a food supplement in one market may be regulated differently in another.

5. Use as directed

Follow the serving size printed on the label; more is not better, and exceeding the stated dose can be harmful. Do not use a product after its expiry date or if the seal is broken. Store as directed on the pack, usually cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. Do not combine several products with the same active ingredient without advice — it is easy to double a dose without realising.

6. Keep out of reach of children

Keep all supplements out of the sight and reach of children. Some products look like sweets. Our products are not intended for anyone under 18 unless a physician says otherwise, and orders may only be placed by adults.

7. If you react badly, stop

Stop using the product immediately and seek medical help if you notice any adverse reaction — rash, swelling, difficulty breathing, digestive upset, palpitations, dizziness or anything else unexpected. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service first. We would also like to hear about it: write to [email protected] with the product name and batch number so we can record and investigate it.

8. Allergens

Every product page lists its ingredients and the allergen information for that formula. Please read that list before every order, including on repeat purchases: formulations and manufacturing sites can change between batches, and a product may be made in a facility that also handles allergens such as milk, soy, nuts, gluten, fish or shellfish. If you have a known allergy and anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

9. Age

10. Country rules and imports

We ship internationally, and the rules on dietary supplements differ widely between countries: an ingredient, a dose or a health claim that is permitted in one country may be restricted or prohibited in another. You are responsible for checking that a product may lawfully be imported into your country and for any customs charges, duties or import taxes. If customs holds or destroys a parcel because of a local restriction, we cannot be held responsible for the loss, although we will always help with the paperwork we can provide.
